Moneyfacts rebrands as Moneyfactscompare
Financial product data provider Moneyfacts has rebranded its consumer website as Moneyfactscompare.co.uk to reinforce it as “the completely independent money comparison website.”
It will support the change of name with the company's first ever TV campaign.
The national television advertising campaign will launch on Monday 13 March and run until Thursday 6 April.
The TV commercial will focus on Moneyfactscompare.co.uk as the comparison website for ‘Serious Savers’.
Moneyfactscompare.co.uk said it has more than five million unique visitors each year, and every month hundreds of thousands of consumers compare savings, ISAs, mortgages, insurance, business deposits and commercial lending.
Moneyfacts Group plc is independently owned and has an archive of financial products stretching back to 1988.
It launched its consumer site Moneyfacts.co.uk in 2000.
It says it shows whole of market data “regardless of commercial bias, showing consumers a true picture of the best products based on the criteria they select.”
It also provides product data, software, comparison and analysis tools for banks, building societies and regulators through products such as Moneyfacts Analyser, a web-based retail financial product monitoring software system.
In 2021 it tied up a deal with Cheshire-based Chartered Financial Planner firm Kellands to provide Financial Planning advice to users.
Moneyfacts has 'preferred broker' deals with a number of companies, including Hub Financial Solutions for annuity advice.
