National advice firm adds three new advisers
A national advice firm has snapped up three advisers as part of a recruitment drive.
Foster Denovo has taken on new partners Ryan O’Connell, Jagdeep Singh and Chris Hardaker.
More appointments were said to be coming in the next few weeks, as the company actively seeks new staff.
The company’s employee numbers have risen to nearly 300, including 77 partners and over 200 support staff. It has eight offices across the UK.
Chris Hardaker moves to Foster Denovo as a private client partner, having been in the profession since 1986. His last role was with a small Hitchin-based firm and he has previously run his own advisory business.
Jagdeep Singh joins the company as an employee benefits adviser and he will support Foster Denovo's employee benefits division and its financial awareness programme.
Ryan O'Connell joins from Lord Financial, having been in the industry for four years.
As well as the above appointments, David Reekie and former Paraplanner Martin Tuttlebee have become licensed to undertake investment business in 2016.
The firm also confirmed it is embarking on a new acquisition programme.
Roger Brosch, Foster Denovo’s chief executive, said: “Ultimately, our new partners very much fit into the Foster Denovo culture and share many of our values, making an ideal fit. They each want to give their clients the best service possible and Foster Denovo’s model helps them do this – through our client propositions and access to centralised client service support functions.”
He added the new partners hope to grow their business and the support they receive through the firm’s training and mentoring programme.
