New head of Paraplanning appointed by adviser firm
A Reading based financial advisory firm has taken on a new head of Paraplanning.
Beaufort Asset Management, which also provides wealth management services, has appointed Helen McCormick to support what it called a "growing team" of advisers and support staff.
She started work in the financial services industry over 12 years ago in compliance checking direct to consumer product sales for an insurance company.
Following this she moved in to intermediary account management for a number of large life companies. She joined Beaufort Asset Management from a data company, where she managed relationships with a range of life companies, asset managers and platforms.
