New programmes launched on IFP TV for 2012
IFP TV has a new schedule of programmes for 2012 including shows on diversification and market efficiency.
The programmes include four new films from Dimensional Fund Advisors by Professors Eugene Fama and Kenneth French.
Prof. Fama is most known for developing the Efficient Markets Hypothesis in the late 1960s while Prof. French is an expert in the behaviour of investment strategies.
Next is a series of programmes by Phil Billingham CFPCM from threesixty on tips for business transition. Mr Billingham is also an IFP board member.
Finally there will be an interview with Lee Robertson from Investment Quorum who will talk about business processes in his firm.
Mr Robertson runs his Financial Planning practice alongside an in-house discretionary management service and will reveal the pros and cons of doing so.
Nick Cann, chief executive of the IFP, said: “We welcome the addition of these latest programmes which extend the reach and scope of IFP TV.
“Not only can we share relevant and valuable content supplied by the leaders of the Financial Planning profession around the globe, but by also extending it to financial economists of the caliber of Fama and French we can help advisers to explore theories behind the behaviour of capital markets too.”
