Wealth management firm Beacon Wealth has been praised for its study support by a recent new hire, as the firm plans further expansion.
The Cambridgeshire-based firm is looking to recruit new young staff members to “increase energy, introduce different ideas and a new way of thinking.”
Part of that strategy has seen the company take on Rebecca Tearle as an administrator, who wants to train to be a Paraplanner.
Ms Tearle said: “I joined Beacon Wealth Management in May 2018.
“I came from a pensions company as an experienced customer service representative (CSR) and line trainer.
“After working for a pensions company, I felt that I would like to see what it was like from a different perspective working for an independent financial adviser and especially as I want to become a Paraplanner.
“Since joining Beacon Wealth Management Ltd everyone has been so friendly and kind and they have made me feel very welcome.
“Beacon Wealth Management Ltd are very supportive with my study and exam progress to become a paraplanner and helping me expand my knowledge.”
She added: “I love every part of my job from meeting new people to the research we do on clients’ plans.”
