Old Mutual Wealth Private Clients acquires Northern advisers
Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers has acquired the advisory arm of Chartered accountancy business, Saint & Co, in Carlisle.
Saint & Co will add £100m of assets under advice (AUA) to the national Financial Planning business.
Saint & Co is a Chartered Accountancy firm which offers accountancy and tax planning services and has a Financial Planning arm which works with Quilter. Saint & Co partner and adviser, Philip Dhillon, adviser Trevor Iredale and a support team will all join OMW Private Client Advisers’ Cumbria hub.
Old Mutual Wealth advises on over £2bn in client assets and has made a number of acquisitions in recent years.
