Adviser network Openwork has recruited St James’s Place exec Anna Davies to be its new wealth proposition director.
She will lead strategic development and management of the Openwork wealth proposition.
She will ensure that all corporate projects are in line with the partnership’s wealth proposition objectives and formulate distribution ideas and initiatives to help advisers enhance their businesses and provide the best client outcomes.
She will also be in charge of managing the relationships with wealth product partners and will work closely with Omnis Investments, the network’s asset management partner.
At St James’s Place she was the director of propositions of the investment division as well as holding several senior positions at SJP’s DFM subsidiary company Rowan Dartington, spanning propositions, marketing and adviser relationships.
Rob Askham, proposition director at Openwork, said: “Anna will play an essential role in our organisation, shaping the wealth management proposition and being the point person for our wealth management advisers.”
Ms Davies said: “I’m looking forward to working closely with our wealth advisers, understanding their needs and how to best support them.”
The Openwork Partnership is one of the UK’s largest financial services networks having more than 4,300 financial advisers operating across the UK.
