Paradigm Norton acquires two Chartered firms
Bristol-based Paradigm Norton Financial Planning has acquired two Chartered Financial Planning firms, Tower Hill Associates and Clover Wealth Management.
Paradigm Norton will continue to operate from their existing offices in Bristol, London and Torquay, but will also now have an office in Exeter.
Tower Hill Associates is a Financial Planning Firm specialising in investment and retirement planning. It is based in Richmond serving clients in South West London, Surrey and the Thames Valley. The firm holds Accredited Financial Planning Firm status from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment as well as Chartered Financial Planner status from the Personal Finance Society.
Founded in 2006, the firm began negotiations with Paradigm Norton two years ago.

Clover Wealth Management is based in Exeter. The firm provides wealth management, retirement planning, inheritance tax and Financial Planning services to clients primarily located in Devon. The firm holds Chartered Financial Planner status from the Personal Finance Society.
Tom Burridge, managing director of Clover Wealth Management, said: “It’s wonderful for the team and our clients that we have merged with Paradigm Norton. Their investment philosophy, client service model and fee structure closely align with Clover’s, so in reality, I really don’t anticipate much change for our clients.”
Paradigm Norton provides Financial Planning, investment portfolio management and tax and estates services to their clients who are primarily based in Greater London and the South West. The firm is the current Personal Finance Society Chartered Financial Planning firm of the year, having won the award in November.
In 2019 the firm transferred its ownership to an Employee Ownership Trust, often called ‘John Lewis-style ownership’ and also became a a B-Corp certified firm which means it actively champions “meaningful change” in the sector to address imbalances.
