Pension admin specialist Confier Wealth has expanded its SIPP and SSAS services with a trio of acquisitions under its Intrusted Pension Services umbrella.
Confier Wealth has acquired Robert Graham Trustees Ltd and Robert Graham Financial Ltd, along with the SSAS portfolios from Channack Ross Ltd and Gibbs Denley Trustees Ltd, formerly part of The Progeny Group.
Robert Graham Pensions has provided bespoke SSAS and SIPP administration services across the UK from its Manchester office for over 30 years.
The acquisition of Robert Graham adds a complementary SIPP and advice capability to Confier’s existing SSAS-focused operations.
Mark Smith, founding director of Confier Wealth, said the firm expects to make more acquisitions within the ‘fragmented pension and wealth management market.’
He said: “The addition of the Robert Graham businesses significantly enhances our SIPP and financial advice capabilities, while also strengthening our SSAS client base. Alongside The Progeny Group portfolio acquisition, we are increasing scale in our core market and creating a more integrated proposition for clients.
“We continue to see strong opportunities to grow both organically and through further targeted acquisitions in what remains a highly fragmented market.”
The provider made the acquisitions under its Intrusted Pension Service Ltd umbrella.
Intrusted provides specialist SSAS administration services to advisers and other professional intermediaries across the UK, offering bespoke pension solutions for SME owners, business directors and high net worth individuals.
Confier Wealth administers £1.2bn of assets for 2,500 individual clients.
