Perspective CEO Ian Wilkinson
Financial Planning firm Perspective has rolled out public profiles for all its planners on review site VouchedFor to increase the amount of feedback their advisers get.
The firm has 165 advisers in 50 offices across the country.
Perspective made 29 acquisitions in 2024 and said it expects its growth to continue at pace and scale in 2025.
It has more than £10bn in assets under advice and 40,000 clients, many of whom have been clients for more than two decades.
Signing up to VouchedFor will mean clients will be able to leave specific, independent and visible feedback on their individual financial adviser’s performance.
Ian Wilkinson, chief executive of Perspective, said: “Client feedback remains an important tool for us as we set new standards of excellence in Financial Planning as well as evidencing how we are delivering on our Consumer Duty requirements.
“VouchedFor helps showcase the quality of what we do to existing and prospective clients on an independent basis. It also reassures firms who may be considering becoming part of a larger group that we have the capability and mindset to always do the right thing by their own cherished clients.”
VouchedFor said more than a million consumers visit the site each year to find or check an adviser.
Alex Whitson, managing director at VouchedFor, said: “People are becoming increasingly discerning. Whether that's prospective clients deciding who to work with, existing clients deciding whether to refer, or advice firms wondering who to sell to.
“It’s great to see Perspective's commitment to transparency and trust, by creating public profiles for each of its advisers, showcasing their checks and, crucially, all their client feedback.”
