The annual summit of wealth management trade association PIMFA, which represents 1,000 investment managers and financial advisers, got underway this morning.
The one-day event, on London’s South Bank, was opened by PIMFA chief executive Liz Field.
Ms Field said the event represented “sanctuary” amid a rapidly changing sector.
The summit will feature speakers from the world of TV, politics and sport as well as Financial Planning and services.
The varied list includes journalists Daisy McAndrew and Katy Balls, former Government Minister Lord Willetts, naturalist Chris Packham, Harlequins rugby CEO David Ellis and Quilter chief executive Paul Feeney.
