Plan ahead for sessions at IFP Annual Conference 2012
Delegates attending next week's Institute of Financial Planning annual conference are being advised to plan their sessions for maximum benefit.
There are over 40 sessions taking place at the conference so advisers are urged to check the programme to see which will be most relevant to them.
As well as the four keynote sessions, there will be track sessions themed on four key areas, 'how-to' sessions and informal 'fringe' sessions.
These aim to make sure all delegates are catered for, whether they are Financial Planners, Paraplanners or business owners.
Track programmes cover 'All about you', 'All about your clients', 'All about your business' and 'All about your brain'.
All sessions at the conference are CPD accredited and many fulfill gap-fill learning outcomes.
There will also be exclusive sessions for Accredited Financial Planning Firms to develop the Great Minds Think Alike campaign. As well as working on the campaign, it will be a good chance for all members of the register to meet each other, especially those who only joined the register recently.
This year will mark one year of the Accredited Financial Planning Firms register after it was launched at last year's conference.
The programme is available to download from the IFP website at www.financialplanning.org.uk/programme and detailed programmes will be distributed at the conference.
