Private equity-backed Brighton-based Chartered Financial Planning firm Skerritts has acquired Kent-based Geoffrey Craig Limited and East Sussex-based Saffron Wealth Management.
The acquisitions add £150m in assets under management to the IFA and wealth manager.
Both deals completed in the first quarter of this year.
Skerritts secured £55m in funding from private equity firm Sovereign Capital Partners in March last year.
So far the IFA has made nine acquisitions and is looking to make more over the next five years.
Skerritts is also in the process of offering its own platform through a white label offering from Hubwise.
Geoffrey Craig is a Tunbridge Wells-based IFA founded by Geoffrey Craig in the 1980s. Mr Craig died in 2017. The firm has three financial services and two administration staff.
Saffron Wealth Management is an Eastbourne-based wealth management firm founded in 2014 by Guy Ovenden.
Skerritts is a Brighton-based IFA and wealth manager which was established in 1990. It provides Financial Planning and investment management services to 25,000 clients with £1bn in assets under advice. The firm operates from Hove and the City of London with a team of 43 staff.
