Quilter Financial Planning, the advice network of wealth manager Quilter, has signed up four new appointed representative firms.
LDB Wealth Management, Sound Wealth Planning, Andrassy Parkin Financial Planning, and MacKenzie Financial Management have all joined the network in the past month.
The four firms are the most recent to join the network which saw eight other appointed representative firms join in December.
LDB Wealth Management joins the network from St James’s Place. The Financial Planning firm is led by Lewis Burt and his wife Donna, and is based in Dartford.
Sound Wealth Planning, based in Fife, was founded by Graeme Oudney a chartered certified accountant last year.
Andrassy Parkin Financial Planning is located in Wakefield and led by Chartered Financial Adviser Kathryn Andrassy and recent return to the industry Kathryn Mumby.
MacKenzie Financial Management, based in Surrey, is led by Alastair MacKenzie. He has 35 years of experience in Financial Planning and wealth management and has owned the business for 20 years.
Stephen Fryett, managing director of Quilter Financial Planning, said: “All four firms have big ambitions to grow their businesses and share our commitment to delivering high-quality advice and service to their clients. We look forward to supporting their growth and development with Quilter Financial Planning.”
Quilter recently committed to undertake a review of historical data and practices across its Appointed Representative firms in the Quilter Financial Planning network. The review will investigate if the AR Firms in the QFP network met their ongoing servicing obligations to customers and, if not, "remediate customers" appropriately.
The wealth manager said it expected to be able to provide some insight into this review in its 4 March financial results.
