Sandringham's new hire to boost adviser recruitment
Huddersfield based Sandringham Financial Partners has appointed a new director of recruitment, as the firm looks to increase its adviser numbers.
Phil Newton joins the company, having most recently worked with financial services and technology firm True Potential, where he was responsible for the distribution of its True Potential Portfolios.
Mr Newton has also worked for James Hay Partnership previously as well, where he was responsible for SIPP and SSAS specialist distribution to the UK IFA community.
The role of director of recruitment has been newly created by Sandringham Financial Partners and Mr Newton said: “Having worked with Tim (Sargisson) during our time at James Hay, I am thrilled to be joining him again at this exciting time in the firm’s development. Sandringham has invested heavily into the technology supporting its offering, creating a very impressive and robust proposition and I have no doubt that this will be hugely appealing to a range of advisers.”
Sandringham chief executive, Tim Sargisson said: “We are delighted that Phil is joining us to spearhead our drive to recruit partners who are looking to join an advice business with a true customer- centric proposition. The fact that someone of Phil’s calibre has chosen to join Sandringham is testimony to the strength of our partner offering and we look forward to him joining the team.”
