Scottish firm Acumen recruits five Financial Planners
Scottish Financial Planning firm Acumen has added five new Financial Planners and paraplanners to its Aberdeenshire, Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
It has also promoted Financial Planners in its Aberdeen and Glasgow teams.
It said the expansion is a result of "extensive client demand and growth across all areas of the business."
Additions to the Aberdeen workforce include Andrew Groseneill, Associate Financial Planner, Peter Hope, Associate Financial Planner and Kieran McBeath, trainee financial administrator.
Also based in Aberdeen, Isla Leask has been promoted from paraplanner to Associate Financial Planner. She has been with the firm for nine years.
The new recruits also include Paul McCabe, Chartered Financial Planner who joins the Edinburgh team.
Meanwhile Laura Crowe, a Chartered Financial Planner based in Glasgow, has been promoted from training and competence supervisor to regional manager while Pauline McKinlay joined the team in December to replace Laura Crowe as training and competence supervisor for the group.
Nicola Doohan, recruitment & development manager from Acumen Financial Planning said: “It’s a great feeling to be expanding our teams throughout Scotland. Having new employees on board who come from a variety of backgrounds will be beneficial not only for our teams but the clients we assist with daily.”
Acumen Financial Planning was established in 2022 and forms part of The Financial Planning Group which also includes Acumen Employee Benefits, SpringGen Advice Ltd, Medical & Dental, Enrich Tax Consultancy and Loch Fyne Financial Ltd.
