Paul Feeney, CEO of Shackleton
Financial Planning firm Shackleton, formerly the Skerritts Group, has added VouchedFor’s client survey system Elevation across the firm.
The system provides advisers with data enabling them to measure, deliver and evidence outcomes via adviser-level dashboards.
It also provides industry benchmarks to help firms show actions they can take to help meet the FCA’s Consumer Duty.
VouchedFor claims that the system can identify an average incremental revenue potential of £2,000 per financial advice client by suggesting referral, intergenerational, and cross-selling opportunities to clients based on their feedback.
The provider claims that Elevation collects client feedback for over 10,000 UK advisers.
Shackleton has made several acquisitions in recent years including Ellis Bates and Black Swan who were already using the Elevation system.
Paul Feeney, CEO of Shackleton, said: “Our goal is to become the most trusted provider of financial advice in the country. Listening effectively to our clients, and acting on their feedback has an important role to play here. Having seen the results achieved by Ellis Bates and Black Swan in using Elevation, we are pleased to be partnering with VouchedFor to extend the system to the rest of our group.”
Skerrits rebranded as Shackleton in December 2024 when it acquired four financial advice businesses, taking its number of acquisitions to 15 since Sovereign Capital Partners invested £55m in the business in March 2021.
VouchedFor is part of the Fintel Group, which acquired the firm in October 2023.
