Schroders Personal Wealth (SPW), the Financial Planning joint venture launched by Schroders and Lloyds Bank, has expanded into Northern Ireland and hired two advisers in the region.

Pamela Wilson and Steven Crothers will focus on bringing financial advice services to clients in Northern Ireland.

Ms Wilson joined SPW from Moore Stephens Financial Services (NI) where she worked as a consultant giving independent wealth management advice to private and corporate clients. She has previously held roles at Danske Bank, McClure Watters Chartered Accountants and Prudential.

Mr Crothers joined SPW from True Potential in Belfast where he spent six years working as a wealth management partner advising high net worth clients. He previously was a private wealth adviser at Lloyds Bank Private Banking for 10 years and also held roles at Santander and Allied Dunbar.

“Pamela and Steven will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in Northern Ireland and delivering our goal of giving more advice to more clients across the regions.”

Yesterday SPW reported a 75% increase in referrals supported by the firm’s new relationship consultants but has only published limited results for the latest quarter.

Lloyds Bank has been tight lipped about the breakdown of results for the quarter for Schroders Personal Wealth and has so far only provided limited results for its wealth division.
