Suffolk Life expands commercial property team
Sipp provider Suffolk Life has expanded its team in response to demand for commercial property.
The firm, a sponsor of the Institute of Financial Planning, has appointed Sally Whatley-Brown and Bill Graham to the firm.
They will report to property director Dominic Savage.
Ms Whatley-Brown is a qualified solicitor specialising in commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, development and landlord/tenant work.
Mr Graham has worked in the property industry for 25 years, most recently with property management City Site Estates, and will work on the management of existing properties and investors.

Dominic Savage, property director at Suffolk Life, said: "Bringing both Sally and Bill into the team allows us to not only maintain but enhance our market-leading service to Sipp property investors. It is a measure of the reputation of our team that we're able to attract talent and experience like this."
The firm recently added its 2,650th commercial property, owned by 4,000 different Sipp investors, and estimates it completes a new property every working day.
Proposition and marketing director Chris Jones, who joined Suffolk Life in 2005, will also be working on further acquisition opportunities for Suffolk Life. This decision follows the wind-up of the Pointon York PY Sipp in November 2012.
