Suffolk Life holding seminars to explain Sipps complexities
Sipp provider Suffolk Life is holding a series of seminars nationwide to help financial advisers understand Sipps.
The seminars will cover the Sipp landscape today and post-RDR, the benefits of capped and flexible drawdown and process of syndicated and partial property purchasing via a Sipp.
Seminars will be led by Chris Jones, proposition and marketing director, Claire Trott, pensions technical manager, and Rollo Wilson, key account director, from Suffolk Life.
A discretionary fund manager will discuss how risk can be managed in a post-retirement market when using capped and flexible drawdown.
Mr Jones said: "Advisers are continually being faced with significant regulatory changes and in the approach to the RDR these seminars provide a forum for discussion and an opportunity for use to make sure advisers are adding as much as value as possible for clients."

• 18 September – Brooks Macdonald, Edinburgh
• 19 September – Brewin Dolphin, Glasgow
