Tenet launches employee benefits service for advisers
Tenet Group has launched a new employee benefits service for advisers to bridge the gap between the corporate pensions and employee benefits markets.
Tenet Employee Benefits Solutions will help advisers to administer and develop a corporate proposition, using the expertise of Employee Benefits Corporation which Tenet has acquired.
It includes a set of solutions to provide support for areas such as proposition development, pension reform audit, project management and day-to-day administration. Group risk, group private medical insurance and flexible benefits are also covered. The firm also hopes to offer an insurance-backed HR service covering employment law, health and safety and staff contracts.

The proposition is aimed specifically at the small and medium sized businesses and Tenet hopes to it will help firms enter the market without compromising their client relationships.
Keith Richards, Tenet's group distribution and development director, said: "The corporate sector is something many advisers want to prosper in, but do not necessarily have the expertise or systems to enable them to do so. With the pension reform just around the corner, we felt this was the perfect time for us to provide them with an end-to-end holistic employee benefits scheme.
"At its simplest, advisers can pass a referral to us and we'll do the rest or they can manage the client relationship themselves and we'll administer the scheme in the background."
