Threesixty unveils 'holistic' compliance offering
Compliance and adviser support firm Threesixty has launched what it calls a new 'holistic' compliance management suite for adviser firms called 'Trust.'
Manchester-based Threesixty says that Trust will simplify regulatory risk management by streamlining the organisation, review, tracking and evidencing of compliance tasks.
The product also supports firms in proving that they are monitoring Consumer Duty outcomes.
The suite includes core compliance management modules with additional optional modules covering SM&CR and T&C.
The core suite includes a document repository, risk management framework, compliance monitoring programme, task scheduler and business diary.
Each module offers access to align with a firm’s requirements, confidentiality standards, and data security priorities. A compliance management dashboard unifies all the components.
Russell Facer, CEO at Threesixty said: "Trust has been the realisation of a long-term objective for Threesixty – to simplify compliance and offer a robust solution that demonstrates a firm’s commitment to regulatory compliance, regardless of its size.
"We’re excited to bring something genuinely unique to market - a truly holistic compliance management system."
Trust’s document repository, risk management framework, and task scheduler are available at no additional cost to Threesixty clients who subscribe to its business risk service, or for £75 per month. The SM&CR and T&C modules are priced on a sliding scale, starting at £25 per month.
Threesixty provides compliance and technical support to more than 950 directly-regulated IFA practices, including over 100 discretionary management firms – equating to more than 10,000 registered individuals, according to the firm.
