Tilney hires CISI Vice President to expand Financial Planning
Wealth management group Tilney, which manages more than £25bn of assets, is expanding its Financial Planning team in Cambridge with two new hires.
Vincent Keane joins as a Financial Planner, while Laura Ingram will be a new Financial Planning director.
Ms Ingram was previously at NW Brown in Cambridge and is a Chartered Financial Planner with experience advising families on their wealth and working with their other professional advisers, especially in the legal sector.
She is also Vice President of the CISI in East Anglia and was described as “an active member of the Institute of Directors”.
Mr Keane previously worked on a self-employed basis advising clients primarily on retirement planning options and “a range of other matters besides”.
Prior to working as an IFA, he spent some time in a business development role and has also spent part of his career working offshore advising international clients.
As part of Tilney’s ‘dual expert’ approach they will work alongside the firm’s investment managers.
Nick Geere, managing partner for the Cambridge Financial Planning Team for the Tilney Group, said: “We are delighted to expand our Financial Planning team in the East of the country.
“Laura is highly experienced and well regarded in the industry and she will be a huge asset to help lead our team.
“We are also really pleased to welcome Vincent to our team.
“His appointment is testament to our ability to attract the best planners in the region to our growing team.”
