Titan acquires £600m AUM Norwich Planner
Fast-growing wealth manager and Financial Planner Titan Wealth Group has completed its acquisition of Norwich-based Financial Planning firm Loveday & Partners which has around £600m of AUM.
Having received FCA approval, the deal will increase Titan Wealth’s total AUM to £17.3bn.
Loveday & Partners was founded in 2010 and the company’s directors and its team of advisers and administrators will stay with the business.
They will continue to advise on £600m of assets for more than 1,000 clients - including families, pension funds, trusts and charities throughout Norfolk.
Loveday & Partners' work covers savings, investments, pensions, estate planning and long-term care. The firm actively supports a range of charities and social initiatives in Norfolk & Suffolk.
The move expands Titan Wealth’s geographical footprint, significantly increasing its presence in the East of England.
Andrew Fearon, joint group CEO & head of M&A at Titan Wealth, said: “Titan Wealth’s growth plans are testament to the group’s continued hard work over the last 12 months. We look forward to working with the L&P team.”
Mark Loveday, of Loveday & Partners said: “It has been clear to me from our early conversations that our businesses share many of the same values and ideals. We are looking forward to working closely with our Titan Wealth colleagues over the coming months and years to support our mutual growth ambitions.”
In a busy few months Titan has acquired several financial and advice businesses.
In October the firm acquired North East IFA Prism Financial Advice, adding £630m in AUM to its books. In June it acquired investment research and consultancy firm Square Mile for an undisclosed sum.
Earlier in the year Titan acquired the UK investment management arm of investment services provider Ravenscroft for an undisclosed sum and in January it acquired Chartered Financial Planning firm Telford Mann for an undisclosed sum.
