IFP communications director Sue Whitbread said: "This year's Scottish conference has undergone a few changes with a new date, venue and format.
"As in previous years, you can expect a mix of informative and high quality sessions covering issues important to Financial Planning professionals plus plenty of time for networking throughout the two days and the dinner.
"The focus of the programme is on enhancing the client experience. Pick up practical tips and ideas on how you can enhance the client experience from planners, experts and each other.
"Whether you are based in Scotland or further afield, you will be very welcome at what is one of the highlights of the IFP calendar and is renowned for its friendly and open atmosphere."
On Monday 8 December there's a planner led workshop, supported by Henderson Global Investors, where experienced planners will share how they use the six step Financial Planning process to enhance the client experience.
A festive dinner, sponsored by Brodies LLP, with guest speaker, Scottish entrepreneur Josh Littlejohn, takes place in the evening. He is the founder of The Scottish Business Awards and has raised circa £1 Million for charity in three years.
