A wacky day of activities inspired by IFP chief executive Nick Cann has raised £5k for charity. IFP staff and members participated in the family fun day on Bank Holiday Monday for the Stoke Association. Cath Faulds, IFP head of business development, organised the occasion after IFP chief executive Nick Cann suffered a stroke last year. He is now recovering. Over 100 people attended the 'It's a Knockout' style event featuring various zany games based on the classic television show. {desktop}{/desktop}{mobile}{/mobile} Several financial providers and IFP Corporate Members supported the event, including Seven IM, ETF Securities and Morningstar. Cath said: "Nick is very sporty and competitive and is a truly family man so I thought this type of event would fit well. Nick has been a fantastic boss and friend and just the mention of his name has made people want to be involved." To make a donation, Cath and her team are using the Just Giving charity site.
