Wanted! 80 Financial Planners to feature in new book
The quest has begun to find 80 Financial Planners to feature in a new "ground breaking" book.
The publication will cover a wide range of personal finance and investing topics. The man behind the project, aimed at members of the public, is Martin Bamford CFPCM and the working title is 100 Financial Planners.
So far, Mr Bamford, who this year produced a documentary about Financial Planning and retirement and also co-authored a book on the same subject, has signed up 20 Financial Planners.

The new book will be published during the November 2015 Financial Planning Week. The IFP is supporting the project and will be writing the foreword.
Mr Bamford, managing director of Informed Choice, said: "The book is aimed at members of the public, so it will be wisdom and experience from the 100 Financial Planners on a wide range of personal finance and investing topics; all practical and inspirational ideas which anyone can implement in their lives.
"We are inviting expressions of interest from UK and international CFPCM professionals who would like to contribute up to 500 words for this new book.
"100 Financial Planners is the ground breaking new book which will be published in featuring contributions from one hundred CFPCM professionals, the book will reveal the most important lessons and strategies for personal Financial Planning and investing."
Contributors will each receive a free copy of the book, which will be ready in time for the IFP Annual Conference. A dedicated website for the book will be created which will feature a profile of each contributor.
Half of all profits from the project will be donated to charity and contributors will have the opportunity to purchase additional copies of the book to give to family, clients or professional connections at trade cost.
