Wealth firm changes logo to mark Leicester's Premier League win
A wealth management firm has ditched its traditional logo and emblem colours to celebrate Leicester City winning the Premier League.
Mattioli Woods, which is based in Leicester, has changed all of the emblems on its social media web pages to match the Foxes’ blue kits in order to celebrate the remarkable victory, which was confirmed last night. The blue replaces the firm's usual red and white on its official LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook pages, as shown above.
The club, which looked certain to be relegated last season before an incredible survival story unfolded, were 5,000-1 with the bookmakers to become champions at the start of this campaign.
The firm employs over 300 staff out of the existing Leicester offices and has plans to spend nearly £15m to build a new central Leicester office. The new offices will accommodate over 600 people at the former Leicester City Council headquarters.

The company posted a message on its Facebook page to commemorate the unlikely achievement, saying: “From 5,000 to 1 for the title at the start of the season, bottom of the Premier League in 2015, and top in 2016, the underdogs, Leicester City Football Club, have somehow won English football's most prestigious prize; clinching the David and Goliath victory!
“Mattioli Woods has always been proud of its Leicester roots, and is even more so since last night’s incredible success story.
“With regard to Mattioli Woods’ celebrations, we have turned our striking red and white logo and emblem to blue and white on our social media pages to commemorate Leicester City Football Club’s victory.”
The first placed Foxes can not be caught after Tottenham Hotspur, in second, were held to a 2-2 draw by Chelsea in a bad tempered match last night.
