Independent wealth management group KW Wealth has appointed a new group finance director.
Patrick Goulding has joined the board and will head the firm’s finance function as well as overseeing the group's operations.
He is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years of experience in the global financial services industry in both a financial and operational capacity.
His experience has included senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Lend Lease, ING and Schroders in the US, Australia and Europe.
Mr Goulding joins from Ardmore Partners, an independent consultancy he founded in 2016, to provide strategic advice and tactical support to investment managers.
From 2014 to 2015, he was chief financial officer of Global Net Lease Inc, a NYSE listed real estate company.
Prior to this he was a managing director in Morgan Stanley's global real estate investment business, serving as global head of real estate finance & portfolio management.
