Wealth manager expands with hire from Scottish Widows
Wealth manager Charles Stanley has expanded its distribution team with a new hire from Scottish Widows.
The firm has has recruited Matthew Keen as intermediary sales manager covering the South East, as part of what it called a “continued drive to grow its intermediary sales network”.
Mr Keen joined from Scottish Widows where he worked for nearly 10 years, most recently as regional business unit lead covering London and the South East, where he was responsible for driving development activity and exceeded new and existing business targets through active engagement of the intermediary market.
He previously worked for Clerical Medical, Finance Planning Group and Lloyds TSB
In his new role, Mr Keen will report to Steve Hill, head of intermediary sales.
Charles Stanley says he will be responsible for sourcing new discretionary portfolios for Charles Stanley from professional intermediaries across the South East, as well as delivering client service and relationship management to existing strategic partners.
