The sessions, billed as ‘Better Business Intelligence’ will explain how to use the technique of ‘key ratio analysis’ to gain more business.
By linking cashflow analysis with corporate business planning to target directors and business owners, Prestwood says the services may justify retainers of up to £1,000 per month per client.
Prestwood provides software tools to help planners analyse clients’ audited accounts to identify key business ratios and improve them to generate higher personal incomes.
Targeted at Financial Planners with b2b clients, the session aims to show how offering this service can help planners build stronger rapport with clients.
Paul Etheridge, chairman of Prestwood and founder of the Institute of Financial Planning, said: “Planners preparing for a post-RDR environment need to use modern business skills to win and secure valuable long-term clients. The first seminar will be held at Prestwood’s headquarters on 20 March and cost £250 plus VAT. However, there is no charge for existing users of Prestwood and Truth software.
