In an update, the firm revealed that Ian Dewar, a non-executive director of the company since 2013, has been promoted to senior independent non-executive director.
He succeeded Kath Cates who served as senior independent non-executive director since March 2017.
A statement read: “She will remain as chair of the risk committee and a member of the audit and nomination committees.”
