Mr Footman will take responsibility for the Sipp and Ssas provider’s marketing strategy, working on advertising, communication and digital marketing.
This is a new role at the company as the business focuses on developing its digital offering.
The firm is expected to offer a new eSipp at the end of 2012.
Mr Footman joins the firm from Barclays Corporate and has also worked for HSBC.
Mr Footman said: “A lot of hard work and focus has gone into building a compelling brand and I look forward to joining the team to support continued success.
