The company has also revamped its compliance support system and added resources, including new Suitability Report templates and Covid-19 support for existing users.

The trial will give users access to online training and testing (including whistleblowing, GDPR and complaints handling), as well as CPD recording and adviser KPIs.

Existing Apricity users also have access to the Knowledge Base, which has been fully revamped, including a Covid-19 hub and a Future Focus hub.

Updated Suitability Report templates have been released, along with updated CPD content which takes into account that face-to-face CPD events have been cancelled.

Apricity is also hosting a free webinar on 17 April looking at the future of advice and what firms might look like in future.

Director Kim Binks said most firms had worked out how to operate from home but were now thinking longer term.

She said: “Speaking to firms, most of them have managed to figure out the day to day logistics of working from home, but now are thinking longer term, and how they manage their team and advice proposition this way.

“We wanted to make remote working a little bit easier and so are allowing them 90-day access for free.”
