She was CEO of the network between 2020 and 2022.

Ms Golunska is also managing director of wealth and advice at Aviva where she has responsibility for its intermediary platform, workplace business and advice operations including Sesame Bankhall and Succession Wealth.

Aviva is a shareholder of the Sesame Bankhall network.

Ms Golunska re-joined Aviva from Sesame Bankhall in the second half of last year.

She was formerly operations director for the workplace savings and retirement business before joining Sesame Bankhall in January 2020.

Other former roles include senior positions at Friends Life UK, JLT Employment Benefits and Prudential.

Tembo was founded in 2020 by Richard Dana and has received backing from Aviva.
