The duo will report to sales and marketing director, Mike Morrow.
Philip Gilder has been appointed head of proposition delivery and will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and delivery of Ascentric's proposition roadmap.
His appointment is internal, joining from Ascentric's operations team where he was head of client services for white label business IFDL. Prior to joining Ascentric, he spent 12 years in a variety of client facing and administration roles with Computershare Investor Services.
Mr Owen joins as head of propositions development from HSBC, where he spent eight years as a financial adviser, sales manager and latterly as a senior proposition development manager in their Commercial Wealth Management business.
He will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of Ascentric users and third party providers are appropriately reflected in the platform's short, medium and long term strategy.Mr Morrow said: "Phil and Jason are highly experienced individuals who have a strong track record in creating, developing and delivering propositions to support the needs of financial advisers and their businesses.
"I am confident they will each prove to be great assets for Ascentric as we continue to develop our platform business for the post-RDR world."
