Distribution Technology (DT), a provider of Financial Planning and practice management technology, has announced a new integration with Cofunds, the investment platform.
The integration, named WealthConnect™, enables users of DT's Dynamic Planner ® to access valuations and trade their customers' Cofunds assets. They will also be able to submit new business to Cofunds. The agreement will increase the range of services available to DT clients, at the same time bringing new investors to the Cofunds platform.
Over 3,000 advisers use DT's Dynamic Planner to profile, plan and manage their wealth clients and on a busy day Dynamic Planner will support the creation of over 1,000 pieces of wealth advice.

DT says that WealthConnect™ removes many of the links in the investment chain, streamlining the service and allowing a consumer to invest with Cofunds, and continue trading without their adviser having to input personal or investment details for a second time.
