The eyes of the financial world will turn to Westminster today as the Chancellor of the Exchequer delivers his 2014 Budget.
George Osborne will announce the Government's latest spending plans in the House of Commons from 12.30pm.
With the General Election looming next year, this could be the last Budget of this Parliament.
Among the expected headline announcements are a further increase in the income tax personal allowance, possibly to £10,500.
Although some commentators have been predicting a relatively low key Budget, without many stand out announcements, changes to pensions, Isas, inheritance tax, National Insurance and tax for small businesses are all possibilities.
