In total there were about 625 people at the event over the three days, compared to 600 last year. There were 375 delegates, which was about 20 fewer than last year.
IFP communications director Sue Whitbread said: "The feedback we've had from delegates has been extremely positive. The mix of sessions has gone down very well.
"A couple of the highlights people have raised with me have been the talks by Dr James Rouse and Royston Guest.
"In terms of the practitioner sessions, highlighted also were Tina Weeks and Justin King. That was a session that added a lot of value.
"The awards evening was a great success, it was great seeing so many winners with such lovely smiles.

"Steph McGovern fitted in so well with the sense of what the event was about, we loved having her hosting the gala evening."
She said the exhibition stands had been innovative and there had been good engagement and a collegiate feel.
She thanked the staff at Celtic Manor resort who were "firing on all cylinders" to deliver a great service, which she said was the reason the IFP keep coming back. It was the sixth year in a row that the conference has been held there.

The 2015 conference is planned for 5-7 October.
