Martin Reed joins the Bournemouth office from Blue Sky Financial Planning where he worked for three years as a Financial Planner.
Prior to this, he spent 12 years at Lorica Advisory Services where he trained as an adviser and was a Financial Planner and corporate pensions adviser for the last nine years.
The Financial Planning business started a hiring drive for “high calibre Financial Planners” when it announced in January that it had rebranded as the Tilney Group.
Tilney announced a major rebrand in January following the takeover of Towry.
The enlarged Tilney Group is a nationwide firm with over 300 Financial Planners, investment managers and advisers supporting over 100,000 clients from a network of 30 offices across the UK, the company stated.
Rob Chandler, regional head of financial planning at Tilney, said: “Martin has a track record of building and maintaining great relationships with clients and professional connections. In a business where clients are at the heart of everything we do, this is a vital quality. As we look to continue our expansion, we will be looking for other planners of his calibre.”
