New chairs of the FCA Practitioner Panel and Markets Practitioner Panel have been revealed.

The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has backed comments made by Andrew Bailey, chief executive of the FCA, and Charles Randell, chairman of the FCA about the need to simplify the parameter between regulated and unregulated activity.

The FCA has written to the chair of the Commons Treasury Committee explaining its actions over the collapse of £236m mini-bond firm London Capital and Finance (LCF).

The FCA has today announced the appointment of Wanda Goldwag as the new chair of the independent Financial Services Consumer Panel.
