Investment platform provider FNZ has taken a stake of 9.1% in the diverse financial services group Embark as part of a five year commercial partnership extension.

The Embark Group has recruited several new executives in a move to “further strengthen” its capacity for expansion in the UK.

Rowanmoor Executive Pensions has revealed a 214% increase in profitability and a 7% increase in client numbers, according to its latest figures.

The acquisitive Embark Services Group, which has taken over platform and Sipp firms, reported pre-tax losses widening last year from £1.46m to £2.36m.
