Fears that the Pensions Dashboard plans have been shelved by the Government were allayed after Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, Esther McVey, appeared this week to back the scheme.

Royal London increased its profits and funds under management in the first half of 2018 as the firm called on the Government to save the pensions dashboard.

The use of the wrong platform to launch a petition against scrapping the pensions dashboard mean that the issue will not be debated in Parliament, despite surpassing 100,000 signatures.
