Former Pensions Minister Baroness Ros Altmann has criticised the government for the “snail’s pace” of progress on the long-awaited Pensions Dashboard.

Pensions Dashboards will not be available to pension savers until 2023 at the earliest, the Money and Pensions Service confirmed today in an update to its development timeline.

Investment platform AJ Bell said the Government must ensure state pension data is available on the first version of pensions dashboards when they are launched in the UK.

The Pensions Dashboards Programme, a body backed by the Money and Pensions Service, said in a progress report today that it is moving forward but has deferred two major full consultations due to the Coronavirus crisis.
