Adviser: How I dealt ‘head on’ with resentful DB clients
The founder of a Lancashire adviser firm has told Financial Planning Today Magazine how she dealt ‘head on’ with two disgruntled clients.
Angela Maher DipPFS, managing director and founder of Acumen Financial Partnership in Burscough, has revealed her approach to tackling a difficult client scenario in the latest issue of the magazine.
Ms Maher, a Pension Transfer Specialist, explained that two separate clients came to her firm recently because they were forced to take pensions advice on a Defined Benefit scheme.
They were “resentful of having to take advice”.
