AJ Bell partners with Finio integration hub
Investment platform AJ Bell has signed up to Finio, Sprint Enterprise Technology’s integration hub, to ‘increase efficiency’.
The two firms said the partnership “will improve data accuracy, increase efficiency and enhance advisers’ ability to manage client portfolios.”
The integration will allow AJ Bell to provide advisers with “the highest quality reconciled investment data”, Sprint said, as well faster data distribution, no manual rekeying and completely reconciled data sets, including full transaction.
AJ Bell is the eighth platform to sign up to Sprint’s Finio data hub since it was launched just over two years ago.
Sprint said it has also onboarded 15 software systems and six advice firms since launch and said it is now managing data representing some £70bn of AUM.
Robin Bevan, chief executive of Sprint Enterprise, said: "We have worked with AJ Bell for more than ten years, so have a deep understanding of their data needs. The Finio data hub will help AJ Bell facilitate new and retire legacy integrations for the flow of increasingly complex data.”
He said the tie up will “enhance AJ Bell’s data offering, providing advisers with the critical information they need to make informed decisions for clients.”
He said the collaboration "strengthens our market position.”
Mark Rendle, product director, AJ Bell, said: “Accurate and timely data delivery is key for advisers and their clients. Finio will also support us in providing more data to more solutions more efficiently, as advisers ask us to integrate with more of their technology stack and support them in growing their businesses effectively.”
Sprint Enterprise Technology enables the flow of investment data through centralised investment data hub Finio and through its customised reporting application Fastrak.
