Another former senior manager at Invesco Perpetual is to join leading income fund manager Neil Woodford's team at Oakley Capital Management. Nick Hamilton, head of institutional business at Colonial First State in Sydney, will become part of the retail asset management business. New chief operating officer Mr Hamilton spent nine years as head of global equity products at Invesco Perpetual. He becomes the third ex-Invesco manager to make the switch in recent months. Mr Woodford, who is leaving Invesco after 25 years, will run the retail asset management of the company. He will start on 1 May. {desktop}{/desktop}{mobile}{/mobile} Craig Newman, a former head of sales at Invesco, also recently joined Oakley as head of retail asset management. Mr Newman said: "Nick brings a wealth of experience in growing assets, building businesses and leading teams." Oakley is providing the infrastructure which will allow the team to manage retail and institutional clients' money from the beginning of May.
