Belmayne achieves CISI Chartered Firm status
North Derbyshire Chartered Financial Planning firm Belmayne has been awarded CISI Chartered Firm status by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
The accreditation signifies that the firm is operating at the highest level of professionalism in Financial Planning, the CISI said.
Belmayne is a family-oriented Financial Planning firm based in Dronfield, near Sheffield. The CISI said it has successfully met rigorous criteria to achieve the status.
Chartered Firm status includes having core values that align with the CISI code of conduct, a professional development programme in line with CISI CPD requirements and ensuring that at least 50% of its staff are individually Chartered with the CISI.
Obtaining the CISI Chartered Firm designation allows consumers to recognise Belmayne as a reputable practice.
Martin Birch CFP Chartered FCSI (Financial Planning), managing partner at Belmayne, said: “We hope achieving CISI Chartered Firm status gives existing and future clients the confidence that we will always put their interests first.
“It reinforces our efforts to deliver the very best service and demonstrates the importance we place on professional development, ensuring our entire team operates at the highest standards of knowledge, skill and behaviour.”
Tracy Vegro, CISI chief executive, said: “We are thrilled to add Belmayne to our list of CISI Chartered Firm businesses. Their accreditation is a powerful statement to their demonstrable commitment to uphold the highest ethical standards and professionalism.”
Belmayne, which celebrated its 20th anniversary last year, has a dozen Financial Planners on its books. It offers a full range of services for both individuals and businesses including investment, retirement and lifetime Financial Planning, family protection advice, mortgages and employee benefits.
