Boosst appoints two during lockdown
Milton Keynes-based Financial Planning firm boosst has continued its expansion despite a slowdown in business growth and the challenges of onboarding new staff during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Jon Hill and Chloé Moran have joined boosst with onboarding and training sessions being delivered remotely.
Josh Butten, co-founder of boosst, said: “It’s quite uncommon for two talented people in our area to become available within such a short period of time.
"Whilst business growth hasn’t continued from April to June at the same rate as January to March, we remain on-track to achieve our ambitious growth plans for 2020. This has put us in a strong position to recruit senior roles at a time when talented individuals have become available.”
Ms Moran has won multiple ‘Paraplanner of the Year’ awards and has been recognised by three separate organisations as a ‘Rising Star’. She joins the Financial Planner as a Paraplanner with development goals to become a Certified Financial Planner.

Mr Hill said that the Financial Planner’s investment in technology has made the onboarding process easier.
He said: “Whilst onboarding remotely has provided an interesting obstacle to overcome, boosst’s willingness to embrace technology and stick to a structured induction programme has made the transition as seamless as possible.
"The first 6 weeks has been a very positive experience amidst a surreal backdrop, I am looking forward to settling in to the office and picturesque surroundings later this year.”
