Seven of the nine Financial Planner of the Year awards were won by CFP
CM professionals last night.
The event, held by Money Management in association with the Institute of Financial Planning, was held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London.
The overall Financial Planner of the Year award was presented to Matthew Hodge CFP
CM for the fourth consecutive year.
Mr Hodge works as a senior manager of wealth advisory for PricewaterhouseCoopers. To be eligible for the overall award, entrants must submit a case study for three of the eight categories.
Paul Gibson CFP
CM from Carbon Financial Partners in Edinburgh won the Wrap and Platform Planner of the Year as well as Retirement Planner of the Year.
Robin Keyte CFP
CM of Keyte Chartered Financial Planners in Taunton also went home with two awards, winning Investment Planner of the Year and Pre-Retirement Planner of the Year.
Protection Planner of the Year was awarded to Anthony Roberts CFP
CM from Ellis Bates Group in Harrogate and Investment Companies Planner of the Year winner was Allan Harragan CFP
CM of Grangewood Financial Management in Chelmsford.
IHT Planner of the Year was Christopher Marshall of 75point3 in Conwy, Wales and Equity Release Planner of the Year was Simon Chalk of Bower Retirement Services in Sheffield.
